Terbo Drinks #2: Viennese Iced Coffee
The perfect coffee treat for those hot summer days. Try out our Viennese Iced Coffee.
Serves 4
180ml espresso (2 dbl shots)
3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp vanilla essence
60ml hot water
2 cups ice
To serve:
4 scoops vanilla ice cream
Cocoa powder
In a blender, combine the coffee, sugar, vanilla and water
Add the ice and blend until frothy
Pour into 4 medium size glasses and top with a scoop of ice cream
Dust with cocoa powder and serve immediately with a straw and spoon
