The V60 pour-over coffee making method produces a clean, flavourful cup within 2-3 minutes.
Step 1
Fold the filter paper into a cone and place in the dripper.
Step 2
Rinse the filter paper with hot water to remove any paper taste.
Step 3
Add 20 grams of coffee into the V60. Your water should be off the boil at about 93°C. Wet the grounds and allow to bloom for 15 seconds.
Step 4
20 grams of coffee will need 240 grams of water. Slowly pour water in a figure of 8 pattern till it reaches the top. Wait 10-15 seconds between pours. Remove dripper and enjoy.
